Quotes and Availability
All quotes and availability are subject to confirmation. A date is not secured until booking details are confirmed through our booking process.
Event Information
You are responsible for providing accurate event details including date, venue, access requirements, and any relevant timing information.
Service Scope
Included services, booth options, add-ons, timing, and deliverables are based on the final agreed booking details for your event.
Venue and Access
The client is responsible for confirming venue access, power availability, and any venue-specific restrictions that may affect setup or operation.
Changes and Communication
If event details change, please let us know as early as possible so we can confirm whether updates can be accommodated.
